Well, not The Champ in person exactly, BUT certainly to face off with the exercise named in his honor. Indeed, it is yhc\u2019s humble opinion that the \u201cMike Tyson\u201d is one of the most legit exercises in the F3 line-up. In addition, by the request of H.O.G. the PAX were exposed to a heavy dose of Mary on the front end. Let it be noted that this feature was by request, however clearly not popular request! At face value the total of it all does not appear to be Champ worthy. The PAX can chime in on worthiness or lack thereof! So, despite looming lightning bolts in the distance and steady rain at times, it went down like this\u2026\u2026.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><strong><u>\u201cWarm-a-Rama\u201d <\/u><\/strong><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Side Straddle Hop &#8211; 20<\/li>\n<li>Imperial Storm Trooper &#8211; 20<\/li>\n<li>Hillbillys &#8211; 20<\/li>\n<li>Burpees \u2013 20<\/li>\n<li>Mosey to Mary AO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b><strong><u>Mary<\/u><\/strong><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>25 WWII Situps<\/li>\n<li>15 Crunchy Frog<\/li>\n<li>20 Freddy Mercs<\/li>\n<li>25 Low Dolly w\/ Knee Tuck<\/li>\n<li>25 Heels to Heaven (Zima Style)<\/li>\n<li>25 Side Crunch \/ each side<\/li>\n<li>20 Pickle Pounders<\/li>\n<li>25 Full extension crunches<\/li>\n<li>25 Alternating Knee Crunch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b><strong><u>The Meat &amp; Potatoes<\/u><\/strong><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Run half loop \u2013 3 Burkers (Burpee + Peter Parker)<\/li>\n<li>Run half loop up hill \u2013 17 Mike Tysons<\/li>\n<li>Repeato \u2013 increasing Burkers by 1 &amp; decreasing Mike Tyson by 1 always equaling 20 reps<\/li>\n<li>The lead PAX made it to 9 Burkers &amp; 11 Mike Tysons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b><strong><u>Fast Mosey Back to Launch AO<\/u><\/strong><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All PAX 10 Burkers &amp; 10 Mike Tysons<\/li>\n<li>TIME!!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Indeed, the PAX survived the elements and faced off with The Champ. He would have been proud no doubt. We welcomed a new PAX, Jordan \u201cPonzi\u201d Felix. In addition, a few friendly faces arrived \u2013 faces not often seen at The Estate these days \u2013 Cheerio, Glazer and Beverly.
