YHC was hoping no one would show up since it was raining and YHC did not really have a plan in place.\u00a0 That was looking good until 0525 when Starfish and Schneider rolled in.\u00a0 Well, shit.<\/p>\n
We moseyed to the closest shelter for Warm-O-Rama and did some thing YHC remembers and some thing YHC doesn’t remember.\u00a0 It was YHC’s best attempt at a #GucciWarmup which lasted about 15 minutes.\u00a0 Great time waster and good stretching.<\/p>\n
YHC had us jailbreak to the other shelter for The THANG which consisted of YHC calling a round of 3 (I think) exercises and then running down the first straight away and back.<\/p>\n
We did this for several rounds and the rain wasn’t that bad, but the track was a tad soggy.<\/p>\n
If memory serves, YHC had us jailbreak back to the first shelter to perform Mary.<\/p>\n
Starfish took us out.<\/p>\n
