Twas the morning before the morning before the night before Christmas when all through the Estate, not a creature was dry, not even a H.O.G.\u00a0 YHC realized that Christmas was in 2 days and I hadn’t heard The Twelve Days of Christmas all year so I figured I would sing it this AM.\u00a0 It went a little something like this…<\/p>\n

Day 9 – 9 Jump Squats<\/p>\n

Day 10 – 10 Lunges each leg<\/p>\n

Day 11 – 11 Monkey humpers<\/p>\n

Day 12 – WWII<\/p>\n

Partner work (Partner 1 performed exercise while partner 2 ran to bottom of hill\/stop sign and came back and flapjack) – Mike Tysons, Step-Ups, Dips, D\/E\/Merkins (players choice)<\/p>\n

  2. Fokker is taking his family on a 3-legged airplane trip across the country.\u00a0 (I would have chosen a 2-winged trip…<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    YHC tooks us out praying for all those hurting in various ways during the holidays and those with difficult\/new family situations over the holidays and to always remember the real reason for the season.<\/p>\n

    1. Turnover requested 45 minutes of arm-swirly-things in order to stay dry.\u00a0 I told him we would stay out of the grass but i couldn’t promise anything else.\u00a0 If you want to stay dry then a rainy morning at the Estate is the last place you want to be.<\/li>\n
