YHC took us out thankful for ability to get out and exercise and prayers for those suffering with addiction, those with special needs children (help during the holidays as needed), folks with medical needs and our ability to show love to our friends and family during this season.<\/p>\n

Mash had a different order in mind as we worked at the benches, so noted by the YHC. Strong partner work with the blocks and all appeared to have good form, maybe and good speed, maybe. Fender must have really missed burpees as he was seen doing them beside his car as I drove off.<\/p>\n
