5 SSH 2 Burpees\u00a0\u00a0 X5<\/p>\n
Stretch<\/p>\n
Mosey to Playground and do 10 pull ups then mosey back to parking lot.\u00a0 Squat Jumps for the 6<\/p>\n
Merkin Buffet to Lazy Eye, Silversun Pickups\u00a0 6 min!<\/p>\n
Mosey to Shelter past Bus lot.\u00a0 1 WWII-1 LBC, 2 WWII-2 LBC\u20267 WWII-7 LBC<\/p>\n
Mosey to Park Entrance<\/p>\n
Divide into 4 groups and go to cone that will be your home base.\u00a0 RPS.\u00a0 Winner runs to next cone, Loser does prescribed # of each exercise the SSHs until the next Pax arrives.\u00a0 Repeat.\u00a0 (2 winners=2 runners, 2 Losers=2 doing exercise, tie=RPS again)\u00a0 When you make it back to home base, run to center and put cone in bucket.\u00a0 Run back to home base and RPS.\u00a0 Perpetual motion.\u00a0 You should either be playing RPS, SSHing, Exercising, or Running.<\/p>\n
Exercises: 5 Burpees, 3 WMD Merkins, 10 PlankJacks, 10 Mtn Climbers.<\/p>\n
Run around track Mix in different modes of Transportation.<\/p>\n
Dips and Ranger Erkins on the Boulders<\/p>\n

Everyone seemed very thankful for the mekins this morning and mentioned their gratitude to YHC several times.\u00a0 Always good to see my up-line, Plunger!\u00a0 Run Down is a Beast and kept on running even with a hamstring issue.
