After missing my last Q at TRQ, I knew I had to be there early to ensure Boomerang didn’t beat me up.\u00a0 As it so happened, I hit every red light on my way and pulled in at 529.\u00a0 He was starting to use some choice words but was “happy” to see me.<\/p>\n
4 total pax for this Huckleberry TRQ with a promise for no rocks and no running.\u00a0 I kept my promise and it went like this……<\/p>\n
Warm O Rama – SSH 25 IC, IW 15 IC, Seal Jacks 25 IC<\/p>\n
mosey to the large parking lot and pair up<\/p>\n
partner A will bear crawl 5 parking spots and perform 5 burpees, 10 double count bonnie blairs, 15 squats, and 20 merkins.<\/p>\n
Partner B does seal jacks until partner A is done and then will bear crawl 10 spaces (to be 5 in front) and perform the burpees, BB, squats, and merkins.<\/p>\n
repeat until you have made it to the other end of the parking lot (~40 spaces).<\/p>\n
layers of clothes were taken off after this.<\/p>\n
mosey to the playground for the frosty pole – partner up (new partner request per Zima as he was disappointed with his first partner…..yhc).<\/p>\n
DORA – 200 incline rows on the pole, 100 pole dips.\u00a0 partners duck walk half way around the playground and switch.<\/p>\n
mosey back to parking lot – yhc asked if the pax wanted to repeat the previous exercises\u00a0 back up the parking lot.\u00a0 there was an immediate four letter word and a hard no.\u00a0 so we moseyed to the brick wall at the flagpole.<\/p>\n
3 count hold exercises – squats, merkins, calf raises, dips.\u00a0 all IC to 10 with 3 sec hold at top and bottom of each rep.<\/p>\n

YHC took us out thanking HIM for all that we have, for everyone in F3, and asking for help to make us better.<\/p>\n
MC – started strong and died on the parking lot portion.<\/p>\n
the bars for the rows and dips were frozen and extremely slippery.\u00a0 Zima created a way to hang onto the slippery pole – its like he’s done it before……….<\/p>\n
Wobegon got after it this morning and I think did an extra set of parking lot exercises -Boomerang and yhc just watched him go.<\/p>\n
Boomerang may invite me back, he may not.\u00a0 Maybe due to my inconsistent attendance, maybe due to the workout.\u00a0 Hopefully time will heal the wounds.<\/p>\n
