While the Site Q, Schneider, decided to host WIB down the street at VI, 3 PAX decided to defy Schneider’s call to WIB and show up at The Distillery for a planless workout. YHC wanted to try making things up on the fly and it was apparent from the start when YHC couldn’t name a warm-o-rama exercise…whoops. Once YHC was reminded of SSH’s, we were off and running.<\/p>\n
Warm-o-Rama<\/strong> The Thang<\/strong> YHC has been scarred for a while from cinderblock work so we downgraded to the bricks to achieve more reps and create a slow burn. There also seemed to be aches and pains through the PAX so taking it somewhat easy on the legs seemed to be much appreciated.<\/p>\n YHC and 60 Minutes saw shooting stars while doing LBCs in Dora, see above in regards to a certain football game for an idea of what YHC might have wished for…<\/p>\n Harden somehow has been working out like a champ this week despite the marathon weekend he had just to see Touchdown Jesus in Notre Dame…lots of touchdowns for Jesus…<\/p>\n
