You are actually reading a back blast from the much talked about Monday morning running work out, Speed Trap. You know\u2026 the fasthole workout\u2026 that you never posted to.\u00a0 Running so fast that you can\u2019t breathe sucks. Especially, when it\u2019s hot and humid. Last week everyone bailed at the very last minute. YHC bailed at 5 AM. Obviously, that is not fasthole mentality. The plan for this morning was an EZ 7. A long enough route to feel like you did something but at a leisurely, conversational pace.
