It was a beautiful morning in the village of clemmons when I arrived to Q Charlie Foxtrot. I was expecting big numbers given all the reasons to change over from Dawgpound, not to mention the great weather, but alas we were four….. kinda like Dawgpound. I had some brickwork planned but given my Pax, I decided a run to tanglewood was a better option.<\/p>\n
We did a brief warm-o-Rama – SSH and abe OYO, then off we went.<\/p>\n
We ran out to tanglewood and down under the bridge over the Yadkin. Saw a few deer which made HoG quite happy. Under the bridge we did some rock work – sets of curls, overhead press, chest press, skull crushers, rows etc for about 15-20 min. Then we ran back to CF. I was struggling with my right foot some that day and pax thankfully circled back for me.<\/p>\n
We made it back for five minutes of Mary to finish it out. Mileage was around 4.1 to 4.2<\/p>\n
HoG took us out.<\/p>\n
Not much mumble chatter – few iron pax comments, huck didn\u2019t appreciate laying on gravel, HoG was impressed with the large AO.<\/p>\n
And there we go – three years in and I finally did my first backblast. The seal is officially broken.<\/p>\n
