PAX – Spicoli, Mutton, Treggor, Burlap, Razzie, Cherry Pie, Snookie, The Vig, Truck Stop, Chizzle, Lamb Chop and Bevo<\/p>\n
30 Minute AMRAP<\/p>\n
400 M BACKWARDS Run
\nTriple Bears – 2 Sets
\nLunges – 4 Each Leg
\nWW2s – 6 Reps
\nLow Flutter – 8 Double Count<\/p>\n
*Each round you double the previous numbers<\/p>\n
For Example:
\nRound Two
\nTBs – 4
\nLunges – 8
\nWW2s – 12
\nLFs – 16<\/p>\n
We all managed to get to round 5!!! But we caped all the numbers at multiples pf 4. So just the 4 rounds we ended up doing:<\/p>\n
TBs = 30
\nLunges = 60
\nWW2s = 90
\nLow Flutters = 120<\/p>\n
Music – 80s Pop (The Vig voiced his opinion several times, he wanted K-Pop instead. That is his JAM)<\/p>\n
