To celebrate the start of football season, YHC decided to re-visit some fond (see: terrifying) memories of his days playing (see: not playing very often) high school football and bring back some of the First up, The Snake<\/p>\n Mosey from Launch to JMS Bus Lot<\/p>\n Begin at first parking spot, Bear Crawl the length of parking spot, side plank the width of parking spot, lunge walk back the length of the next parking spot, side plank width of next parking spot.<\/p>\n Continue this pattern for entire length of parking lot.<\/p>\n *Editor’s Note: keep in mind these were parking spots for actual buses, so these things ended up being no joke.\u00a0 The Q’s estimation was that each parking spot was about 10 yards long.<\/p>\n 19 Parking spots, 20 lines navigated, works out to about 100 yards of bear crawls and lunge walks, respectively.\u00a0 PHEW!<\/p>\n Mosey to Wall<\/p>\n Donkey Kicks x10<\/p>\n Mike Tyson x10<\/p>\n Deep Squat Jump x10 (YHC noticed in the Lexicon that this exercise has been named after a former college basketball player, who shall remain nameless, but let the record show that said former college basketball player’s name was not mentioned\/referenced during this beat down, nor will it ever be at a Turnover Q. That is all.)<\/p>\n Repeato<\/p>\n Mosey to Practice Field behind school for next installment of football practice Next up, Up Downs<\/p>\n PAX circled up and got ’em choppin’.\u00a0 Run in place until Q calls “Hit”.\u00a0 PAX fall to ground and pop back up as quickly as possible and return to run in place until Q calls “hit” again.<\/p>\n Up Downs x10<\/p>\n Freddie Merc x10<\/p>\n Repeato<\/p>\n Mosey to Wall<\/p>\n All PAX got into People’s Chair and performed Jack Reachers<\/p>\n Each PAX, one at a time, would step out and perform 10 Copperhead squats while all other PAX remained in Peoples Chair\/Jack Reacher position<\/p>\n Mosey back up to Leinbach to the tennis courts for the final act of “Reliving a Nightmare”<\/p>\n Last up, SUICIDES<\/p>\n PAX lined up on tennis court doubles line and hit the remaining 5 doubles lines to perform 1 round of suicides. 3 rounds were completed.<\/p>\n Mosey back to launch and circle up for MARY:<\/p>\n Low Dolly<\/p>\n Low Flutter<\/p>\n Juanita<\/p>\n Heels to Heavens<\/p>\n The Thistle<\/p>\n FIN<\/p>\n COT<\/p>\n Announcements:<\/p>\n Greenspan has the Q at #Redline<\/p>\n IronPAX Challenge Week 0 will be at #Mayhem on Wednesday (this technically does not count toward the IronPAX challenge, but we’ll consider it a warm-up)<\/p>\n YHC has the Q at #WIB on Thursday (Location TBD)<\/p>\n There will be a Labor Day Convergence next Monday (9.2).
