This is why our mission statement is often repeated at the start of every workout:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8220;To <strong><span style=\"color: #fbc22c;\">plant<\/span><\/strong>, <strong><span style=\"color: #fbc22c;\">grow<\/span><\/strong>, and <strong><span style=\"color: #fbc22c;\">serve<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1736724772792{padding-top: 20px !important;padding-right: 5% !important;padding-left: 5% !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #fbc22c;\">5 Core Principles<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">All <strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #fbc22c;\">F3 Winston-Salem<\/span><\/span><\/strong>workouts should be designed around the core principles of F3 Nation:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>1) Free<\/strong> of charge.<br \/>\n<strong>2)<\/strong> Open to all <strong>men<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<strong>3)<\/strong> Held <strong>outdoors<\/strong>; rain or shine, heat or cold.<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<strong>4) Led<\/strong> by peers in a rotating fashion. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<strong>5)<\/strong> Ends with a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/fellowship\/\">Circle of Trust<\/a><\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=&#8221;stretch_row_content&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1736723673662{margin-top: 40px !important;margin-right: 10% !important;margin-left: 10% !important;}&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1736724590725{padding-top: 20px !important;padding-right: 5% !important;padding-left: 5% !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #fbc22c;\">History<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our origin can be traced back to 2006 where a free, participant-led bootcamp style workout was held on Saturday mornings in a Charlotte, N.C., park. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A group of men took that idea (with permission), and launched the first official <strong><span style=\"color: #fbc22c;\">F3<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0workout on<strong> 1\/1\/11<\/strong>, on the campus of A.G. Middle School in Charlotte. The Charlotte group then planted <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #fbc22c;\">F3<\/span> Winston-Salem<\/strong> on <strong>Saturday, January 4th, 2014<\/strong> @ 0700 at Hanes Park, which still meets weekly today.
